It is the intention of MVS to ensure the Safety, Health and Welfare of all employees through the provision and maintenance of a safe place of work, safe plant and machinery and safe systems of work, so far as is reasonably practicable, at all times.

MVS also aims to ensure the safety and health of persons who come in contact with the work activities of this organisation.

The allocation of responsibilities for safety and the arrangements and resources being deployed to implement this safety policy are set out in the safety statement.

In accordance with the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Act 2005, the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work (Construction) Regulations 2006 and the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work (Construction)(Amendment) Regulations 2010, our safety statement is based on the identification of hazards and the assessment of risks.

Each Individual with special responsibilities for Safety, Health and Welfare for MVS, have the authority to allocate responsibilities and resources as necessary. They ensure that the best practical and practicable methods of compliance with the requirements of the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Act 2005, the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work (Construction) Regulations 2006 and the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work (Construction)(Amendment) Regulations 2010 and subsequent legislation are achieved.
