The New Quay Community Centre (circa 350m²) comprises construction of single and two storey buildings with central foyer / circulation area to serve both buildings. The building incorporates large and small community rooms with associated W.C facilities, kitchen, store, admin office / reception, entrance lobby and accessible lift. The project also included all associated site works, services and landscaping works including a Rainwater Harvesting System and LPG Gas Installation.
