The foundations consisted of piled foundations with concrete ground beams with a mix of In-situ / Hollowcore Subfloors. The houses & apartments were constructed with pumped cavity blockwork, trussed roofs with natural slate finish. The houses along the roadside had balconies overlooking the courtyard. Storage facilities for the houses and apartments were also constructed underneath the cantilevered balcony gardens to the rear of the roadside terraced houses. All site works and landscaping were carried out as part of this contract which included grasscrete, paving, fencing and railings.
